Responsibilities
The role of the Lead Speech & Language Pathologist is to assist the manager and director by providing guidance with the clinical goals and promotes teamwork among all personnel to ensure the standards for clinical outcomes and regulatory compliance are met; coordination of day-to-day operations to ensure efficient and quality services; assist the manager with department and system orientation and education. When not performing Lead Speech & Language Pathologist duties, the Lead will function as a Speech & Language Pathologist.
Qualifications
Required:
- One year speech/language pathology in a healthcare setting.
- Master Degree
- Certified Speech Language Pathology (National) AND Speech Language Pathology (State)
Desired:
- Doctorate Degree
