Responsibilities
The Sr Administrator–NMG Provider Contracts works closely with the Provider Contracts Team and Operations to ensure provider employment agreement terms and provider contracts/addendums are accurate, timely, and in compliance with contracted expectations. As a Sr Administrator–NMG Provider Contracts, you will have the opportunity to learn about a niche specialty area that is growing in the market place. In this role, you will work closely with other members of the team day-to-day. The Sr Administrator–NMG Provider Contracts applies the capacity to create and understand contracts and contract language as well as other legal documents used in relationship to physician and advance practice provider recruitment and contract addendums and renewals. This role is responsible for managing relationships with both internal and external customers as it relates to contracts for our physicians and advance practice providers. Ensures compliance of all physician and advance practice provider employment agreements and addendums as it relates to compensation modeling, standardization of contract terms, and company policies. This individual must function independently across multiple departments to include Physician Recruitment, Norton Medical Group and Norton Healthcare leadership, Finance and Norton Healthcare Legal and Compliance departments.
Qualifications
Required:
- With Associate degree: One year provider contracts or legal document preparation in a legal department or law firm; Without degree: Three years provider contracts or legal document preparation in a legal department or law firm
- Associate Degree See Experience Equivalence: With Associate degree: One year provider contracts or legal document preparation in a legal department or law firm; Without degree: Three years provider contracts or legal document preparation in a legal department or law firm.
