Responsibilities
The Senior Data Center Operations Analyst installs, configures, and maintains servers, networks, and storage systems according to established procedures and policies. Administers data center operations to ensure data performance, availability, and security. The Sr Data Center Operations Analyst provides timely, accurate, and consistent technical infrastructure service and presentation to internal and external clients. The Sr Data Center Operations Analyst monitors and maintains environmental conditions to ensure optimal temperature, humidity, and power supply to prevent downtime and protect hardware from damage.
**This position has the opportunity to work from home. You may be asked to complete training at a Norton Healthcare facility or be able to come to a Norton Healthcare facility for business purposes. Employees in this role must reside in Kentucky, Indiana, Missouri. Ohio, Tennessee, Alabama, Mississippi, North Carolina and South Carolina**
Qualifications
Required:
- Three years' experience in an IT discipline

- Associates in IT
- Network Certification, Security Certification, ITIL Certification
