Responsibilities
The Solutions Architect be responsible for evaluating Norton Healthcare's business needs by working with a diverse set of technology user groups to solve business problems utilizing Norton Healthcare's technology standards including security, hardware, software, databases, desktop, network, server, storage and peripherals. Responsible for translating business needs into technical systems solutions and develop a plan to integrate these solutions into a robust system that is tested, scalable, redundant, secure and highly available. Will work closely with the IT Engineering, Security, Operations and Application Teams to ensure new products and standards will meet organizational goals. Recommend solutions to the Engineering team in order to evolve the organization's IT infrastructure and the organizations ability to utilize new technology that is needed to improve patient care and the overall success of the organization. Analyzes and aligns organizational projects and initiatives to adhere to NHC standards and industry best practices, develops a plan to ensure the compatibility and integration for systems, and assists in managing the rollout of these initiatives from infancy to fruition ensuring all integrated architecture across applications adhere to the highest standards. Assists Security, Engineering, Operations and Application teams in product review and rollout to verify that the design, installation, configuration, business continuity / disaster recovery planning and documentation are accurately developed, deployed and maintained. Reviews existing infrastructure to ensure hardware, firmware and software versions are kept up to date and forecasts updates and future growth. Organizes and creates budget planning and for new projects as well as care and feeding of existing systems. Bridges communication between IT and business teams to ensure teams are aligned in developing and implementing technical solutions for business problems.
Qualifications
Required:
- Without Bachelor's Degree 7 years of experience in Information Technology. With Bachelor╞s Degree and 4 years of experience in Information Technology
