Responsibilities
The Rehabilitation Supervisor supervises assigned staff of the rehab department; will assist the clinical manager and/or director by providing guidance of the clinical goals and promote teamwork among all personnel to ensure that the standards for clinical outcomes and regulatory compliance are met; will coordinate and supervise day-to-day operations of the rehab department to ensure efficient operations and quality service; will assist with orientation and education of clinical staff and students of Physical, Occupational and Speech therapy; serves in a clinical leadership capacity in collaboration with the manager and/or director.
Qualifications
Required:
- Two years in a clinical setting
- Bachelor Degree
- One of: OT or PT or SLP
Desired:
- One year as lead or coordinator in a therapy setting
- Master Degree; Doctorate Degree
- Physical Therapist OR Occupational Therapist (State) OR Speech Language Pathology (State)
