Responsibilities
The role of the Sterile Processing Supervisor is to keep production at a steady pace, ensure a quality product, and act as an expert resource for technicians and assistants. The individual must perform technical duties necessary for decontamination, assembly, sterilization and distribution of all reusable supplies to all areas serviced according to hospital established protocol. This position oversees front line staff and works with the manager to provide appropriate staffing to ensure a quality product, as well as prompt and courteous service to all customers.

Qualifications
Required:
- One year sterile processing/central sterile or surgical technician
- One of: CIS or CRCST or CSPDT - Must obtain Certified Instrument Specialist (CIS), Certified Registered Central Service Technician (CRCST), or Certified Sterile Processing Distribution Technician (CSPDT) credential within 12 months of hire.
