Norton Clinical Agency is now offering Surgical Tech's flexible scheduling and competitive pay while being a part of the Norton Healthcare team.
We now have two options available :
NCA Surgical Tech Float positions for individuals who live in the Louisville-Metro area:
- Opportunity to earn $50 an hour, plus shift and weekend differentials when taking long term assignments
- Opportunity to float within our 5 Louisville hospital locations and Norton Clark Hospital (IN)
- Assignments in both adult and pediatric units based on experience
- Flexible employment options
NCA Surgical Tech Travel positions for individuals who live 75 miles outside the Louisville-Metro are:
- Opportunity to earn $35 an hour, plus shift and weekend differentials when taking long term assignments
- Receive a tax-free, bi-weekly lodging stipend in addition to hourly pay
- Opportunity to float within our 5 Louisville hospital locations and Norton Clark Hospital (IN)
- Assignments in both adult and pediatric units based on experience
- Flexible employment options

Qualifications
1 year of surgical tech experience AND Diploma Surgical Technology OR successful completion of a Surgical Tech Apprentice Program
Salary : $35 - $50
