Responsibilities
The System Administrator Senior leads the evaluation, design, implementation, and support of systems hardware and software for NHC's mission critical hospital infrastructure. This position insures all systems meet the operations requirements for availability, compliance, configuration control and organizational standards. This Senior Systems Administrator will develop and recommend tools for the automation of provisioning, event management, and performance of systems. This position will be a mentor for other members of the team and lead turnover to support groups. The Systems Administrator Senior will work in alignment with the NHC I.S. Leadership team and strive to exceed all performance metrics for self and the team.
**This position has the opportunity to work from home. You may be asked to complete training at a Norton Healthcare facility or be able to come to a Norton Healthcare facility for business purposes. Employees in this role must reside in Kentucky or Indiana**
Qualifications
Required:
- With Degree. Three years enterprise server support and analysis. Without Degree. Five years enterprise server support and analysis
- Bachelor Degree With Degree. Three years enterprise server support and analysis. Without Degree. Five years enterprise server support and analysis.
- One of: SERVPLUS, MCAF, or MC365
Desired:
- Five years data storage systems support
- Server (IT Certification) OR Microsoft Certified Azure Fundamentals OR Microsoft 365 Certified
