Certification Details BLS ACLS Registered Nurse Job Details Shift : 9a-930p Call : 3 overnight call shifts in a 6 week period and roughly every 4th weekend 2 years of acute care RN experience required Diploma or Associate degree required Registered Nurse certification required Job Requirements 2 years experience Current BLS card from an acceptable agency Current state or compact license and Primary Source Verification completed prior to start Completed prior to start, passing score of 80% or higher on Norton Basic Med Assessment Exam Covid vaccine required, provide vaccination card with submission Documentation of 2 MMRs at least 28 days apart and / or positive laboratory titer 2 Negative TB skin tests or Quantiferon Gold within 90 days, updated annually Documentation of 2 doses of varicella 4 weeks apart and / or positive laboratory titer Proof of having received Tdap vaccine Physical Capacity statement required Standard 10 panel drug screen, completed within 12 months before start and updated annually Schedule Information Shift : 9a-930p Call : 3 overnight call shifts in a 6 week period and roughly every 4th weekend Unit Specific Information PACU unit specifics and guidelines Additional Details Nursys Report (Prefer Compact Nursing License) required Include full work experience with references from previous managers Registry check for settings specified, updated every 3 years
