  • Shift : 645p-715, every other weekend
  • RN Job Description Summary
  • Work Experience (Basic) : 2 years of acute care RN experience
  • Education (Required) : Diploma or Associate
  • Certification (Required) : Registered Nurse

    • Job Requirements

  • 2 years experience
  • Current BLS card from an acceptable agency
  • Current state or compact license and Primary Source Verification completed prior to start
  • NIH Certification (Annual to the day)
  • Nursys Report (Prefer Compact Nursing License)

    • Unit Specific Information

  • Required Skills : IV insertion, Blood draws, PICC / Central Line management, Obtain 12 lead EKG, CPAP / BiPAP, Trach Care, Traction, Epidural / PCA pump, Feeding tubes, Continuous bladder irrigation, Wound vac

    • Additional Details

  • Covid vaccine required, provide vaccination card with submission. Declinations are accepted for medical or religious reasons for COVID.
  • Documentation of 2 MMRs at least 28 days apart and / or positive laboratory titer
  • 2 Negative TB skin tests. 1 within 90 days and 1 within 365 days of start
  • Documentation of 2 doses of varicella 4 weeks apart and / or positive laboratory titer
  • Proof of having received vaccine. The TD vaccine does not meet this requirement.
