What are the responsibilities and job description for the Brand Ambassador position at Norton National?
Walmart Garden Center Pop Up Event!
DATE AND TIME : Saturday 04.26.2025 // 10:00 AM - 3:30 PM
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS :
- A valid photo ID
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Able to stand OUTSIDE for entirety of shift
- Able to pass a criminal background check
- Prior BA experience preferred
*PLEASE NOTE this is a solo activation, which will heavily rely on your ability to work independently with limited direction onsite. We need 1 BA per location!
JOB SCOPE :
- Obtain/set up a pop-up booth as visual aid for the new garden center (materials will be left with store manager)
- Obtain materials to be displayed at your booth (all items can be found in the garden center. i.e. plant seeds, garden hose, charcoal, etc.)
- Welcoming guests to the new center
- Educate guests on products available for purchase (via catalog)
- Document how many guests walk through each hour
- Document how many catalogs are given out
- Break down pop up booth and return to store manager
- Taking 8-10 photos of event as proof of performance
ATTIRE :
Plain white shirt upon arrival (shirt will be provided in event kit)
Clean blue/black jeans in good condition, free of rips and stains.
- Closed toed shoes, preferably black and unbranded
- Clothes must be freshly clean
PAY RATE : $22ph
PAYMENT DATES :
Please note that paperwork MUST be submitted before your first shift in order to receive payment. This is 1099 Independent Contractor pay; paid via company check mailed via USPS. At the conclusion of your shift, you will be provided a link to submit your invoice. All Invoices must be submitted no later than Monday by 4pm PST. Checks will be mailed via USPS on Fridays from Las Vegas, NV. This is NOT same day pay. We do not offer direct deposit or electronic app transfers at this time.
