- OWN your assigned programs from start to finish, ensuring seamless execution and top-tier client satisfaction. Your programs are your responsibility, and your success depends on making them thrive.
- Take full control of your schedule, managing timelines, priorities, and deliverables to guarantee success for both you and your programs.
- Provide feedback and guidance to your support team, ensuring every moving part functions seamlessly.
- Collaborate with leadership to create schedules that maximize efficiency and resource allocation.
- Coach, train, and guide team members to continuously elevate their performance.
- Expand our network of resources and vendors to keep our programs running at peak performance.
- Serve as a key point of contact for both clients and vendors—handling needs, solving challenges, and keeping everything on track.
- Keep a sharp eye on quality control, making sure deliverables exceed expectations.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks before they become roadblocks.
- Be flexible, adaptable, and ready to make informed decisions that keep operations running smoothly.
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and operations to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Manage budgets, optimize costs, and keep resources flowing efficiently.

What You Bring to the Table (Skills & Experience That Make You Shine)
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least one year of experience in event coordination, program management, or a related field.
- Proficiency in communication software and event planning tools (Google Suite, Asana, StaffConnect, CRM software).
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, train, and motivate a team.
- Confidence in making critical decisions and solving problems on the fly.
- A deep commitment to client service, understanding their needs, and delivering above and beyond expectations.
- Impeccable organization, time management, and attention to detail.
- The ability to juggle multiple priorities without dropping the ball.
- Excellent communication skills—you can connect with C-suite execs just as easily as frontline support.
- Ethical integrity and discretion, especially when handling financial data and vendor relationships.

Physical & Work Environment Notes
- Office-based with occasional client site visits.
- Ability to lift/move up to 25 lbs frequently and up to 50 lbs occasionally.
- Expect to spend extended periods working on a computer.
