About Our Team
We are seeking a highly skilled EHR/Population Health Program Manager to join our team at Norton Sound Health Corporation. As a key leader in our organization, you will play a critical role in improving healthcare outcomes for residents in the Norton Sound region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and validate ongoing enhancements with the electronic health record and software to improve the health of the population
- Serve as a liaison between the electronic record vendor, ANTHC, NSHC Information Systems staff, and healthcare providers
- Develop project plans, specifications, and modifications, coordinate approval for the design of application programming strategy
- Troubleshoot areas of need involving the connection between village and Nome-based operations in regard to electronic health records
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field, Master's Degree preferred
- 5 years of experience focused on clinical applications and processes
- Knowledge of computer application development, implementation, and analysis techniques, network security, core systems integration, and project management planning principles
