Certification Details BLS ARRT (R) KY license Job Details Shift : 9a-530p Every 4th weekend Two years in general radiology required Job Requirements BLS ARRT (R) KY license 2 years experience Additional Details Current BLS card from an acceptable agency Current state or compact license and Primary Source Verification completed prior to start Covid vaccine required, provide vaccination card with submission Documentation of 2 MMRs at least 28 days apart and / or positive laboratory titer Completed onsite. Completed annually. Documentation of Hep B vaccinations (series of 3) and / or positive laboratory titer or signed declination if choosing not to take vaccine Influenza vaccine status required.
