About The Role:
In this role, you will have the ability to make a big impact as part of the Norton LifeLock Benefit Solutions team – which is a growing channel at Gen™! Our Implementation role is primarily responsible for working with Benefit Enrollment Platforms and ensuring that benefit enrollment data is transmitted and enrolled successfully within the offered benefit. Candidates will find this role to be a unique balance of being a front-line resource to valued external partnerships, an assessor and processor of end-user enrollment data, and a key contributor to the building and testing of our technical & processing systems.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with both internal and external teams throughout the lifecycle of a partner, ensuring timelines are met and ongoing needs and inquiries are top priority.
- Manage multiple, concurrent employer integrations to successfully onboard employee enrollments through various enrollment platforms and data connections.
- Provide thorough and accurate results during QA reviews while showing a clear understanding of requirements
- Accurately leverage and utilize company tracking systems for required record keeping
- Assist with ongoing maintenance of existing client base; monthly error auditing & remediation, daily file review, and facilitate established reporting needs
- Provide ongoing support; promptly answering inquiries from clients, carriers, sales teams, and coworkers and responding timely with concise details
- Solve both simple and complex business problems by engaging in member service-related issues, billing, and operational issues
- Participate in upcoming systems enhancements, development, and reporting related to internal enrollment, billing, and commission processes
- Protect the security and confidentiality of all client data; be mindful of corporate security policies related to client communications and implementations
Qualifications:
- High comfort level using Microsoft Excel for analyzing delimited files with large datasets
- Experience with implementation in employee benefit industry is preferred but not required
- Strategic thinking with the ability to analyze and solve problems quickly
- Meticulous attention to detail combined with precise written communication skills/explanations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Strong work ethic with the ability to deliver on commitments
- Excellent organizational skills, with strong follow-through and timely delivery
- Self-directed and self-motivated – able to work independently on a variety of tasks
- Demonstrated proficiency in managing multiple projects, tasks, and responsibilities simultaneously
