Responsibilities
- Drive a Tow Truck to designated pick up sites of repossessed vehicles is and transport vehicle back to dealership.
- Maintain truck and equipment in a safe and clean state.
- Provide instant updates online for every account.
- Maintain cars on the lot.
- Communicate with customers that have had their cars repossesed to retrieve their vehicles an/or property.
- Inspect, protect and maintain company assets, merchandise and vehicles.
- Follow all company policies and procedures.
- Demonstrate behaviors consistent with the Company's Values in all interactions with customers, coworkers and vendors.
- Perform other duties, as required, when not engaged in towing.
Qualifications
- 2 years tow truck driving experience required.
- Knowledge of repossession process a plus but willing to train.
- A Valid California Driver's License and clean driving record.
- Must have computer technical skills.
- AAA experience a PLUS!
- Must be customer service oriented.
- Must be able to work 12 hour day flexible schedule.
- Must be self-motivated with good written and verbal communication skills.
- Must conduct oneself in a professional manner.
- Friendly with high energy and the willingness to go above and beyond.
- Bilingual a PLUS!
