Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer phone calls and providing the information.
- Scheduling, rescheduling, or canceling the appointments as per the need.
-Preparing patient charts and daily schedule.
-Assisting patients to fill out various forms and updating patient records.
-Help patients with insurance paperwork.
-Follow up with patients.
-Educate patients on post treatment precautions and procedures.
-Payment management.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Requirements:
- Proficient in Spanish
- Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role preferred
- Knowledge of dental office procedures are plus.
- Strong computer literacy is a plus.
- Familiarity with dental software is a bonus
- Excellent organizational and communication skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Professional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

Pay: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
