We are seeking a friendly and motivated individual with an outgoing personality and excellent communicaton skills to join our dental family.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the front desk
- Answer incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
- Provide information to callers and visitors regarding company services and products
- Schedule appointments and manage a productive schedule for the office
- Maintain a neat and organized front desk area
- Receive and distribute mail and packages
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, pulling next day charts and photocopying
- Insurance verification and benefits
- Collect patient's co-payments
- Recalls and other basic front office duties
Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Proficient in using phone systems and other office equipment
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling information
- Professional demeanor and appearance
- Previous dental experience, knowledgeable of PPO's, Open Dental Software and dental terminology is a plus
- Bilingual / Spanish
- Flexible personality and open to challenging yourself to learn new things

Work Schedule:
- Monday 8:30 am - 6 pm ; Lunch 1:00 pm - 2:00 pm
- Tuesday 8:30 am - 6 pm ; Lunch 1:00 pm - 2:00 pm
- Wednesday 9 am - 2 pm
- Thursday 8:30 am - 6 pm ; Lunch 1:00 pm - 2:00 pm
- Friday 7:30 am - 2 pm
*On average, biweekly amount of hours comes out to be approximately 73-76 hours.
*Pay rate will be dependent on experience and skill level
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 38 – 40 per week
