Under the direction of the Assistant Superintendent of Human Resources or designee, plan, organize, and direct daily Human Resources operations and activities involved in the recruitment, screening, selection, processing, transfers, employee record management, and compensation of classified personnel; coordinate labor relations and legal research; oversee employee evaluation functions, payroll processing, and employee benefits to meet the personnel needs of the District; supervise the Human Resources staff.
