We are looking for a detail oriented Accounts Receivable / Accounts Payable / Administrative Assistant to join our team on a part time basis. The ideal candidate will have experience in accounting principles and administrative support.
Key responsibilities :
- Process accounts receivable and payable transactions accurately and in a timely manner
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
- Prepare and process electronic payments and transfers
- Maintain accurate and up to date financial records
- Assist with balance sheet reconciliations and month-end closing activiites
