Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Building Management Operations Coordinator located in Yonkers, NY. The coordinator will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of property management.Duties include coordinating maintenance and repair work, responding to tenant inquiries, managing work orders, monitoring compliance with property regulations, and clearing violations.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills and Project Management experience
- Excellent Communication and detail oriented organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team
- Prior experience in property management is a plus
- Proficiency in relevant software and technology.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Property Management, or related field.
Salary : $60,000 - $70,000
