What are the responsibilities and job description for the Norway Gardens Landscape Crew Member position at Norway Gardens Inc.?
We need a reliable, motivated, organized individual to join a landscape crew.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Manager to ensure needs and expectations of our clients are being met
- Carry out scheduled services as needed in order to meet expectations in an environmentally sound and safe manner
- Ensure proper procedures, paperwork and documentation are followed according to company policies
Qualifications:
- Dependability, ability to follow directions, and working well with others.
- Excellent communication skills
- Valid Indiana Drivers License with good record
- Familiarity with the techniques and equipment used in landscaping helpful.
- Able to handle the physicality of our work (lifting 50-80 lbs consistently, adverse weather conditions, extensive walking)
- Higher pay for RT certification.
