Job Summary :
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Clinical Trainee / Licensed Therapist to join our team. The successful candidate will provide high-quality therapeutic services to individuals, couples, families, and groups. This role requires a deep commitment to addressing the mental health needs of diverse populations and contributing to the well-being of our clients.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Conduct Assessments : Perform comprehensive psychological assessments to determine client needs and develop appropriate treatment plans.
2. Provide Therapy : Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions for individuals, couples, families, and groups.
For Trainees : Work under supervision while completing clinical hours
- For Licensed Clinicians : Operate more independently in your role and provide direct support to clients
3. Develop Treatment Plans : Collaborate with clients to create tailored treatment plans that address their specific mental health needs.
4. Maintain Documentation : Keep accurate and timely records of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in accordance with professional standards.
5. Coordinate Care : Work closely with other healthcare providers, social workers, and community resources to ensure holistic and integrated care for clients.
6. Crisis Intervention : Provide immediate support and intervention for clients experiencing acute mental health crises.
7. Ethical Practice : Adhere to ethical guidelines and maintain confidentiality in all client interactions.
8. Professional Development : Participate in ongoing professional development, supervision, and training to stay current with best practices in the field.
9. Scheduling and Coordinating : Manage and coordinate therapy schedules, ensuring timely appointments and follow-ups. Collaborate with administrative staff to optimize scheduling and client flow.
10. Client Coordination : Facilitate communication between clients and other team members, ensuring continuity of care and effective treatment planning.
Qualifications :
For Trainees : Enrolled in a Master level program and working toward licensure.
Hours :
Flexible hours between 8 am and 7 pm, depending on patient availability.
