We’re seeking experienced, customer-focused individuals to join our team as a Customer Relations Representative at our brand new branch, opening in North Conway, NH!
Stepping into this role, you'll play an instrumental part in meeting the financial needs of both new and existing customers while growing your career.
You'll identify opportunities to develop customer relationships, deliver friendly and efficient customer service during daily bank transactions, and actively promote our various business lines with the goal of growing our customer base.

What we’re looking for:
- Prior Banking experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent work experience.
- Previous cash-handling experience.
- Excellent internal and external customer service skills, with a knack for building relationships.
- Basic computer system knowledge to navigate our systems.
- Self-motivated and driven individuals who thrive in a team environment.
- Availability for a Saturday morning rotation is necessary.

Working Conditions:
Physical surroundings are generally pleasant and comfortable with minimal exposure to injury or other hazards.
Physical effort required; lifting up to 35 lbs.; reaching, twisting, bending, pushing and pulling; standing for extended periods of time; freedom of movement on a regular basis; handling of materials and supplies.
