We’re seeking an Electronic Services Representative I to join our Deposit Operations team at our Operations Center in Norway.
In this customer-centric role, you’ll report to our Deposit Operations Manager, and will be responsible for following through on all new and existing Retail internet banking, ATM balancing and debit card related tasks and inquiries.
You’ll maintain electronic services related customer relationships and serve as the primary customer contact for handling electronic services related calls and questions, and researching to find solutions to customer issues.
Essential Pieces of the Position:
Maintain all new/existing Consumer Online Banking Customer Relationships
- Serve as customer contact for error resolution, reset passwords, removing restrictions, etc.
- Send customer notification of online banking enrollments.
- Send customer notification of mobile wallet enrollments
- Monitor new bill pay enrollments and update customer profiles as applicable
Temporary Debit Cards
- Manage temporary debit card inventory
- Monitor and Issue temporary debit card inventory to branches
Debit Cards (Cards)
- Edit new card orders for accuracy and follow-up on applicable changes
- Process Travel Note and Limit Increase requests as received
- Processes restrictions on cards for lost, stolen, excessive overdrafts and reported fraudulent activity
ATM Balancing
- Pull settlement totals for all ATMs daily
- Process ATM settlement transactions daily
- Monitor and balance ATM Settlement GLs daily
Assist Operations
- Backup for assigned functions

Assist as needed with Operation functions including but not limited to:
- Overdrafts
- Stop Payments
- Account or CIS Changes
- Other
Our Candidate Must Have:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Knowledge of computers, excel, word and merge documents.
- The ability to learn quickly and multi-task.
- The ability to handle customer calls in a pleasant, courteous, and timely manner.
- Experience with banking preferred but not required.
