Responsibilities and Duties
- Promote family well-being by building professional relationships with families
- Complete weekly home visits to ensure safety, minimize crisis, and track child health and development
- Perform multiple, and timely, computer and data entry tasks
- Positively contribute to a high-performing team
- Motivate and empower families to break cycles of poverty
- Implement weekly parenting education services
Qualifications
Minimum Education Level
High School Diploma/GED
Preferred Education Level
Associates, or higher, in early childhood education, social work, or related field
Experience
Some experience preferred
Preferred Experience
2 years of direct experience with at-risk population
Personal characteristics: Self-motivated, compassionate, flexible
Certifications: CDA or equivalent, driver’s license
Physical abilities: Lift 30 pounds
