Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated Real Estate Paralegal to join our team in Charlotte or Davidson, NC. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate law and possess exceptional organizational skills. As a Real Estate Paralegal, you will play a key role in supporting attorneys in all aspects of real estate transactions, from initial due diligence to closing.
Responsibilities:
- Handling Real Estate Closing Files start to finish
- Coordinating with clients, lenders, and real estate agents throughout the transaction process
- Assisting attorneys with real estate closings, including preparing closing packages, coordinating signings, and disbursements.
- Managing and organizing real estate files and documents
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and/or paralegal certificate from an accredited program
- 3 years of experience as a real estate paralegal, preferably in a law firm setting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and SoftPro
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Coachable team player
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of North Carolina real estate laws and procedures preferred
