We are seeking an experienced Oil and Gas Title Specialist to join our team at Norwood Land Services, LLC. As a title specialist, you will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting complicated mineral and leasehold titles, building runsheets, creating ownership reports, and identifying title defects.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in title, curative, and leasing experience, and be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment. A Bachelor's degree in Energy Management, Land Management, or Energy Commerce is preferred, and at least 5 years of experience in land management is required. BLM experience and AAPL membership are also necessary.
