About this job…
Nosco is looking for a Loader Operator at our Gurnee, IL Facility. This role is on our 12 hour rotating shift schedule.
As an employee owner in this position you will be able to effectively catch, inspect, and load lightweight printed sheets of paper on a high speed folding machine. While you demonstrate the ability to operate equipment at established rates of speed.
In this role, you will…
- Operate available equipment to ensure production objectives are met.
- Cross train on all finishing assets in the Bindery department.
- Perform minor preventive maintenance / repairs, report any mechanical defects to Operator, Manager and Team Lead, and keep machinery in good working condition.
- Ensure quality system procedures are followed at all times.
- Ensure department meets all needs for customer satisfaction including OTD.

The typical pay range for this role is $17.00 - $20.00.
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base offer will depend on a variety of factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
