Nosco is looking for a Receptionist at our Pleasant Prairie, WI facility.
As a receptionist, you will be the first point of contact at Nosco. The purpose of this position is to ensure the front desk welcomes guests, answers incoming calls and greets/directs Nosco guests in a positive and friendly manner. The receptionist will also provide administrative support to the People Operations department.
In this role, you will…
- Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls, while providing a world class Customer Experience by demonstrating professionalism and promptness to callers.
- Greet and welcome visitors as soon as they arrive at the facility.
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office.
- Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures).
- Sort and distribution of mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Assure visitor compliance with all security procedures regarding the plant and coordinate the distribution of Visitor and Contractor badges to guests.
- Assist in planning and staging catering for visitors, audits, company events and meetings.
- Support People Operations Department through maintaining employee communication boards, filing, arranging travel, and special projects.
- Performs other related duties required.
Success factors…
- High school degree. Associates degree or equivalent is preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service attitude
- Excellent organization and data entry skills, with attention to detail and follow through.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with customers, vendors and employee owners.
- Excellent interpersonal and active listening skills.
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, etc.)
