Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Material Handler to join our team. The Material Handler will be responsible for the efficient movement of materials within the warehouse environment.
Responsibilities
- Operate equipment such as cherry pickers, pallet jacks, and forklifts to move materials
- Perform order picking and packing tasks
- Maintain inventory accuracy and ensure proper storage of materials
- Adhere to OSHA guidelines for safe handling of materials
- Collaborate with warehouse supervisors to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Experience
- Previous experience in materials handling within a warehouse setting
- Proficiency in operating cherry pickers, pallet jacks, forklifts, and order pickers
- Knowledge of mechanical equipment and ability to perform basic maintenance checks
- Familiarity with warehouse operations and order fulfillment processes
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.03 - $18.50 per hour
