Auto Body Repair Technician

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Auto Body Restoration Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive repair and be proficient in using various power tools. This role involves repairing and restoring vehicles to their original condition, ensuring high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction. The technician handle multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Perform body repairs on vehicles, including welding and fabrication of parts as needed.
• Use power tools and equipment to remove dents, scratches, and other damage from vehicles.
• Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to assess damage and determine necessary repairs.
• Replace or repair auto glass as required, ensuring proper installation and sealing.
• Collaborate with other technicians and staff in the dealership to ensure timely completion of repairs.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
• Document all repairs performed and communicate effectively with customers regarding the work completed.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Auto Body Technician or similar role in automotive repair.
• Proficiency in welding techniques, including soldering and metal fabrication.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting as required during vehicle repairs.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with experience using various power tools safely and effectively.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
