Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced dining environment. As a Server, you will be responsible for ensuring that guests have an enjoyable dining experience by delivering food and beverages promptly while maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Duties

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly manner, providing menus and information about daily specials.
• Take accurate food and drink orders using Toast POS system.
• Prepare and serve beverages, appetizers, and entrees while adhering to food preparation standards.
• Sanitate tables, utensils, and service areas to ensure cleanliness and compliance with health regulations.
• Assist with bussing tables and maintaining a tidy dining area throughout service.
• Handle cash register transactions efficiently, including cash handling and processing credit card payments.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and address any guest concerns promptly.
• Provide assistance to team members as needed to enhance overall service quality.

Experience

• Previous experience in a server role or related position is preferred.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions and calculating bills accurately.
• Familiarity with culinary terms and food preparation techniques is an asset.
• Experience with Toast is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure in a busy environment.
• A positive attitude, teamwork mentality, and willingness to help others are essential for success in this role.
