GENERAL DEFINITION OF WORK
Under the direction and supervision of an administrator, coach and/or teacher, provide appropriate tutorial instruction in a learning environment that guides and encourages students to develop and fulfill their potential.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
As an afterschool tutor, provide instructional support in various academic areas (reading, writing, math, science, etc.). Participate in applicable training, instruct students according to their data identified area(s) of need, and keep records of student achievement. Work effectively with students, staff, administrators, and parents. Comply with and enforce school rules and school board policies and procedures. Perform other tutorial duties and assignments as appointed.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
An associate’s degree (preferred) or similar educational experiences
Salary : $50
