About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic Senior Account Executive to drive adoption of Notable’s innovative financing solutions in the DC Metro Area. This role will report into the Director of Agent Sales. As the primary point of contact for real estate agents and brokerage partners in the region, you will build relationships, educate stakeholders, and drive adoption of Notable’s products.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a consultative sales approach, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has a passion for real estate and financial solutions.
Responsibilities
- Sales and Relationship Management:
- Build and nurture relationships with real estate agents, brokers, and other key stakeholders to drive adoption of Notable’s products.
- Develop a deep understanding of the DC Metro real estate market and tailor strategies to address its unique needs
- Partner Engagement:
- Collaborate with brokerage leadership and marketing teams to drive awareness and training opportunities
- Conduct in-person and virtual presentations, trainings, and product demos for agents and brokerages
- Pipeline Management:
- Maintain a well-organized pipeline using CRM tools, tracking prospects, active agents, and recurring clients
- Monitor sales activity and performance to exceed targets consistently
- Feedback and Collaboration:
- Gather feedback from partners to inform product and process improvements
- Work closely with internal teams, including marketing and product, to align strategies and enhance the customer experience
Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in sales, with a preference for real estate, mortgage, or adjacent industries
- Strong understanding of real estate operations, particularly within brokerages and agent workflows
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and drive consensus among stakeholders
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in CRM tools and data-driven decision-making
- Ability to travel within the DC Metro Area (25% )

Salary : $60,000 - $90,000
