Role Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Solutions Engineer to join our go-to-market team. As a Solutions Engineer at Notable, you'll play a pivotal role in driving new market growth by aligning our groundbreaking healthcare technology solutions with the unique needs of healthcare providers, payors, and enterprises. You'll help transform complex problems into innovative, AI-driven solutions that improve patient care at scale while directly impacting the company's growth and long-term success. You will leverage your technical expertise and business acumen to understand customer needs, architect and configure high impact solution concepts leveraging Notable's platform capabilities, deliver compelling product demonstrations, and support the acceleration of new business deals, in addition to contributing to team-wide success.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Sales Execution
- Lead technical discovery conversations with prospects, aligning customer workflows and pain points to Notable's platform capabilities.
- Own the delivery of tailored, impactful demos that resonate with technical and non-technical stakeholders, showcasing Notable's ability to deliver measurable value, articulating points of differentiation from the competitive landscape.
- Act as a trusted advisor, translating complex business problems into scalable solutions that shape organizational strategies for healthcare providers and payers.
- Provide sales support by developing creative solution concepts, addressing customer challenges, and offering clarity on technical feasibility including demonstrating an understanding of their existing enterprise systems
