Role Summary :
We're looking for a strategic and innovative Total Rewards Manager to design and lead our compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they align with our business goals and attract top-tier talent. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to scale total rewards programs for a high-growth organization and make a meaningful impact on employee well-being and retention.
What You'll Do :
- Develop and manage a comprehensive total rewards strategy, encompassing compensation, benefits, and wellness programs.
- Lead the design, administration, and communication of employee benefits, including health, wellness, and retirement offerings.
- Evaluate and recommend new benefit initiatives that align with company culture and employee needs.
- Conduct market analysis and salary benchmarking to ensure competitive compensation practices in the tech and healthcare industries.
- Partner with Finance and People teams to manage compensation budgets, forecasting, and annual merit review processes.
- Build and maintain compensation structures, job architectures, and scalable systems for total rewards programs.
- Drive open enrollment processes and ensure clear, effective communication of benefits to employees.
- Collaborate with Recruiting to create compelling offers and negotiate equitable compensation packages.
- Monitor compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, such as FLSA, ERISA, and ACA.
- Provide data-driven insights and reports to executive leadership to measure the success of total rewards initiatives.
