High school diploma or equivalent.Certified Notary Public, meeting all state or regional requirements, including any necessary bonds or insurance.Prior experience notarizing I-9 forms, trusts, and other legal documents, with a strong understanding of their legal implications.High level of accuracy in reviewing and notarizing documents to ensure compliance with legal standards.Competent in using digital tools and platforms for remote notarization, document management, and secure client interactions.Ability to handle sensitive personal and legal information with the highest level of discretion and confidentiality.Ability to manage a flexible schedule and meet client needs promptly, whether in a virtual or mobile capacity.JOB REQUIREMENTS : Strong Internet connection and a quiet, professional workspace.
