We're seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support our CEO in managing daily operations and strategic initiatives.
About the Role:- Manage the CEO's calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Handle email correspondence, prioritize urgent matters, and ensure timely responses
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other business documents as needed
- Coordinate meetings, take notes, and follow up on action items
- Assist with project management and ensure deadlines are met
- Conduct research and provide insights to support business decisions
- Oversee administrative functions to improve operational efficiency
- Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders
- Manage special projects and initiatives as assigned
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Tech-savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and project management tools and AI tools
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently
- Experience in the notary industry (preferred but not required)
- High level of professionalism and adaptability
