Job Description Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Quality Review Specialist to join the NotaryCam online notary platform. The Quality Review Specialist will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, compliance, professionalism, and overall quality of online notarization transactions. This position involves reviewing completed transactions, assessing customer interactions, identifying areas for improvement, and ensuring adherence to legal and company standards. Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for the quality review of data stored in client files and / or company production systems, ensuring information captured is error-free and accurate
- Reviews quality reports to identify trends, issues and root causes and makes recommendations for change
- Participates in implementing quality processes to ensure operations are of the highest quality
- Performs a wide range of support functions to assist in departmental processes
- Follows clearly defined procedures to complete daily tasks and responsibilities
- Uses existing procedures to solve straightforward problems without the consistent need to exercise discretion
- Uses basic communication skills to address internal and / or external clients and / or team members
- Individual contributor working under direct supervision with little autonomy
- Performs all other duties as assigned by management Education
- High school diploma required; Bachelor’s preferred Experience
- Typically requires 0-2
- 2 years of experience in quality assurance, compliance, or a related role, preferably in the notary or legal industry.
- Certified Notary Public with experience in Remote Online Notarization (RON).
- Knowledge of federal and state notary laws and RON regulations.
