Note Servicing Center, Inc. in Chowchilla, CA has an immediate opening for a Data Entry/Customer Service position. We are looking to hire immediately and start training right away. If you are a friendly, out-going individual with a great work ethic, and dependable, this is for you. This position requires a Bilingual-Spanish Speaking individual. Monday thru Friday, 8 am - 5 pm full-time.
A qualified candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Office, have a background in computer skills/programs, type & able to perform a broad range of simultaneous duties.
Customer Service Representative Duties and Responsibilities. May include, but are not limited to data entry, customer service and general office duties.
- Answer and assist customers inquiries and questions by phone and email
- Must be organized
- Must have the willingness to learn about our company/position
- Interface daily with co-workers
- Complete special projects and other responsibilities as assigned
Customer Service Representative Requirements and Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to multi-task, be organized and provide excellent attention to detail
- Must demonstrate a professional, and friendly demeanor at all times
- Must be able to start work immediately
- Must be dependable
- Bilingual in Spanish/English
