The Bakery Manager shares in team leadership and collaborates with the team in driving sales and profitability, executing day-to-day responsibilities and ensuring that all aspects of the bakery operation comply with Nothing Bundt Cakes standards. This role serves as an important carrier of our culture and values, and brings our brand to life for our team members and guests. The ideal candidate will have 1 years in a supervisory or lead role, preferably in the retail, hospitality or food service industries.
You would primarily support one location, but would also be available to support other locations as needed. Current locations are :
