Position Summary
We are looking for a Joy Creator! We are looking for a very special kind of person to become a part of our bakery family. We know that qualities like sincerity, warmth, hard work, and a little humor will take you far at NBC. The position of the Joy Creator is to create a warm and welcoming environment in which to serve the NBC guests both in person and by telephone. The Joy Creator wears several different hats which includes decorating cakes, prepping materials for future orders, crafting, light cleaning and organizing orders / materials.
