Job Summary:
As a Joy Creator at our NEW BAKERY opening with Nothing Bundt Cakes in Altamonte Springs, Florida, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and creating a joyful experience for our guests. This is a part-time, hourly position within the hospitality/restaurant industry, and you will work as an individual contributor to ensure every guest leaves our bakery with a smile.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering any questions and assisting with orders.
- Create a joyful atmosphere by actively engaging with guests and ensuring their needs are met.
- Take and process orders accurately and efficiently.
- Package and present bakery items with care and attention to detail.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures.
- Continuously learn about our products and promotions to provide accurate information to guests.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth and enjoyable guest experience.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 16 years old.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior customer service experience preferred.
- Basic math and computer skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds.
- Flexible availability to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
