The Froster follows our proprietary frosting recipe and application methods with precision and achieves productivity goals. The Froster also ensures that an adequate supply of samples and frosted cakes are available for bakery guests, monitors inventory, and prioritizes cake pre-orders and walk-in guest orders accordingly.

- The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail, with the ability to follow recipes and directions, health and safety guidelines, and company procedures and policies. We are looking for someone who takes pride in delivering an outstanding product for our guests!
- Can understand written and oral directions, interpret instructional documents such as recipes, order tickets, operating procedures, and health and safety rules, and apply knowledge to perform job responsibilities.
- Please note that NbC recipes are available in English and Spanish.
- No Experience required, but previous experience in an operational support role at a bakery, restaurant, or in a food service environment is a plus. We will provide training.
- Position requires the ability to accurately operate bakery equipment, the ability to understand basic units of measurements, the ability lift items of moderate or heavy weight, and the ability to perform tasks that require precise and continuous movement of arms, wrists, hands, and fingers.
- Bilingual candidates who are fluent in English and Spanish are preferred.
