Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Bakery Manager at Nothing Bundt Cakes located in Lynchburg, VA. The Bakery Manager will be responsible for overseeing bakery operations, managing inventory, ensuring food safety standards, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team.
Qualifications
- Bakery and Baking skills, as well as knowledge of Food Safety
- Experience in Customer Service and Inventory Control
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience in a bakery or food service setting is preferred
- Certification in Food Safety or related field is a plus
- Marketing experience a plus
Salary : $38,000 - $41,000
