Ability to work independently (and with a team) with minimal supervision
Ability to lead by example and keep a positive, neutral attitude with co-workers and customers
Ability to lift 30-40 pounds or more, consistently for short periods and be able to stand on feet for several hours
Ability to troubleshoot on your own - independently and efficiently
Ability to adjust on the fly to minor inconveniences relative to indoor/outdoor events
Ability to count back product inventory ensuring the books are balanced
Sales skills and ability to build productive business relationships
Excellent time management and communication skills
