Duties
- Prepare cakes in accordance with food safety standards.
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely production of orders.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the decorating area and kitchen equipment.
- Manage inventory of frosting supplies and notify management when restocking is needed.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in frosting or a related position in the food industry is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices and kitchen sanitation.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- A background in restaurant or catering services is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple orders efficiently.
