- Handle guest inquiries and requests promptly, ensuring effective communication through phone systems and in-person interactions.
- Conduct night audits as required, ensuring accurate financial reporting and documentation.
- Maintain guest relations by addressing concerns or complaints with professionalism and courtesy.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are ready for guests.
- Provide information about local attractions, dining options, and hotel amenities to enhance the guest experience.
- Uphold high standards of cleanliness and organization at the front desk area.
Experience
- Previous experience in hospitality management or front desk operations is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations.
- Proficiency in phone etiquette and handling multi-line phone systems effectively.
- Familiarity with night audit procedures is a plus.
