Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead a team of staff members during shifts
- Assist in training new employees and conducting performance evaluations
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Manage inventory levels and place orders as needed
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
- Collaborate with management to develop strategies for improving overall operations
Experience:
- Previous experience in a hospitality setting, preferably in roles such as restaurant management, assistant manager, or bartending
- Strong knowledge of kitchen management, food service management, catering, and banquet operations
- Ability to conduct interviews and make hiring decisions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
